Eligible Returns:
- Unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
- Defective or damaged items received (regardless of opened status)

Non-Returnable Items:
- Any opened personal care products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products used, tested, or partially used in any way
- Items without original packaging, labels, or security seals
- Products purchased with any discount codes or promotional offers
- Items showing any signs of handling beyond initial inspection
- Products damaged by customer mishandling or storage
- Returns attempted after 30-day deadline
- Items purchased during flash sales or clearance events

How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us First Email our customer service team at info@gloviar.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product name and detailed reason for return
- Clear photos showing product condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase
Step 2: Receive Authorization We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without RMA numbers will be automatically rejected and returned to sender at customer’s expense.
Step 3: Ship Back at Your Cost Package items securely in original packaging and ship to our designated return center. All shipping costs (both ways) are customer’s responsibility. Use trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Inspection Period: Upon receipt, all returned items undergo thorough inspection (5-15 business days) Refund Processing: If items pass inspection, refunds will be processed within 30 working days to original payment method All Costs Customer Responsibility: Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any associated transaction fees are non-refundable and deducted from refund amount
Strict Return Conditions

- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or tampering

Automatic Rejection Criteria:

Limited Exchange Policy
Exchanges Available Only For:

Refund Deductions
